With a small gesture of your hands, you conjure an incredibly powerful, but localised, vortex of wind.

Reaction Trigger: When a creature moves within 2m of you, or when you are hit by a melee attack, or a ranged weapon attack.

Effect: Until the start of your next turn, a storm-force wind (at least 90kmh-1) blows in a direction away from you in the Line. While moving against the Line within the area, it costs 4m of movement to move 1m. Furthermore, all melee attack rolls have Disadvantage and ranged weapon attacks are impossible to hit within the area, because of your manipulation of the wind to deflect attacks.

Furthermore, any creature inside the Line must make a Strength saving throw, taking 3d8 Wind damage, getting pushed back in the direction of the line, and potentially knocked

The wind counts as a severe distraction for the purposes of maintaining Concentration on spells.
